Here’s a pretty pastel variation on the traditional Christmas-time pavlova. Mmm, meringue.
For many of us in Australia, the Christmas-time pavolva is a bit of a tradition. (All that sweet cream and crunchy meringue does tend to go down rather nicely after gorging on the salty stuff.)
