Here’s what we like about photographer Sarah Rhea’s series Bricabracomaniac (aside from the genius title, of course): it takes all the pointless little knick-knacks we tend to accumulate – the Kinder Surprise toys, assorted stationery and those inexplicable bits that come inside a showbag – and turns them into miniature, beautifully snapped pieces of art. Abstract and at times a tad creepy, yes, but a darn sight snazzier than each individual piece would be if it was rolling around the bottom of your drawer or long-forgotten and gathering dust under your bed.
