Italian pastry chef Matteo Stucchi creates miniature dioramas of the most delicious kind: cake-based worlds, where a tiramisu becomes a construction site, and a boatful of folks paddle down a molten chocolate river emanating from a freshly baked pudding. Oh, to be a little person in such a land. It’s rather reminiscent of Gulliver’s Travels in a way, only there were no boulder-sized profiteroles in Swift’s epic novel, as far as we can recall.
