quirky rock art by elizabeth saloka
You know that pebble you just nudged out of your way with the tip of your shoe? Little do you realise, but that pebble is going to grow up to become a jar of delicious jam. Or, at least, if Elizabeth Saloka gets her hands on it, it might. The New York-based artist has quite the knack for transforming the most ordinary of rocks into palm-sized artefacts. Blockbuster VHS tapes, macaroni and cheese, Rubik’s Cubes – you name it, Elizabeth rock-ifies it. Feast your eyes on more of the artist’s rocky bits on her Instagram.
