A warm, spicy broth to huddle over.

Summer or winter, 30 degrees or sub zero temperatures, we're firm believers that soup is to be enjoyed year-round. As the mercury begins to dip, though, we're especially looking forward to the idea of huddling over a warm, spicy broth while wearing our wooliest cable-knit. (Maybe there’s also a fireplace crackling behind us. Who knows? Anything goes in this hypothetical.) For anyone tired of blending the same old root vegetables, this yellow curry soup filled with tofu and wontons will be a welcome break. Lisa from Healthy Nibbles has put together a super-detailed set of instructions, so don’t be scared if you’ve never folded a dumpling. Give it a go and we promise you’ll be wonton-ing like a pro in no time.
