Oh to be young and in Japan in the 1960s! Because judging by the pages of this vintage magazine, that meant wearing fairly hefty collars and a shedload of tartan. Also having rad hair, hanging out in teal-coloured rooms with your best friends and looking slightly whimsical. These images come from a 1969 issue of a magazine called Young Woman and we are now quite smitten with the whole thing. (Do not be surprised if you see floral borders in the next issue of frankie. Maybe a giant clock, too.)
