It may not be winter yet, but it’s upon us, dear reader. In fact, it’s so close we can smell it. And what does it smell like? Well, if we have our way, it’ll smell a lot like Tuulia Talvio’s roasted sweet potato and capsicum soup, the ideal thing to eat while wrapped up in bed, listening to rain tinkling outside. The recipe is gluten-free (as are all Tuulia’s recipes), and is a bit extra-scrummy, because the veggies are roasted, rather than boiled. Ahh, the magic of food.
