Hailing from Italy and literally translating to “cheer me up”, tiramisu has everything we’ve ever needed in a cake: coffee, alcohol and sugar. And now, thanks to Karin from Foodie Blog Lisbeth, our old faithful creamy concoction has had a pretty in pink makeover. Still using all of the ingredients we love, Karin has added raspberries to sweeten the deal. Who could say no to that?
