Even Joy the Baker, the talented lady behind this here recipe, has always been a tad intimidated by cream puffs. We have to admit, they do sound like something you’d see on the shelves of a fancy-shmancy Paris patisserie, and not on the dining table you lifted from the kerb on hard rubbish day. With Joy's recipe in hand, though, we reckon you'll have no trouble whipping up some scrummy puffs of goodness. Joy's pâte à choux (how’s that for some impressive French baking lingo?) are stuffed with raspberry rose cream and topped with chocolate ganache – in other words, they're bloody yum.
