Ahh, the icy pole – what a winner of a treat. Not only are they the perfect way to cool down at the end of a sweltering afternoon, they’re also extremely easy to make. These ones from Sydney foodie blog Chew Town contain edible flowers, which makes them rather pretty to look at. They’ve matched the delicate appearance of the petals with the delicate flavour of elderflower cordial – but of course, you can use whatever flavoured cordial you damn well please.
