What would you rather be doing than making edible monuments to your childhood?
They look like you shouldn’t be able to eat them, but this is one form of glassware that you can safely shove in your gob. (Probably the only form, for those of you playing at home.) Of course, the globes on these cupcakes aren’t made from real glass, but some rather nifty clear gelatin. The process of forming them involves teeny-tiny balloons, and getting crafty over a number of hours – but really, what would you rather be doing than making edible monuments to your childhood?
