We are pretty gosh-darn tickled by photographer Todd Anthony's project Sun City Poms.
We are pretty gosh-darn tickled by photographer Todd Anthony's project Sun City Poms. A few months ago, he was in a retirement town just outside of Phoenix, Arizona, shooting portraits with a bunch of ladies aged 55 to 83 who just love to cheer. They also love sequins, lycra, ruffles and shiny cowboy hats and, really, who can blame them? According to Todd, they're pretty good at pom pom twirling and high kicks – they seem to be doing fairly well at modelling, too.
