An easy-peasy sugar hit.
The phrase ‘almond cluster’ has a bit of a cereal-aisle ring to it, but we definitely don’t recommend munching on this sugar-rush first thing in the morning. The nice thing about these cookies, though, is that you could probably make them in a state of half-sleep – they’re that easy! If you’ve got almond slivers, chocolate and regular pantry staples on hand, it’ll only take half an hour to get your treat sorted and into your tum.
