rosemary parmesan shortbread

If we could replace one party food, it’d be the plain old water cracker, all dry and tasteless on its lonesome, waiting for a swipe of dip to liven it up. Swap 'em out with a savoury shortbread, we say. More specifically: a crumbly, moreish parmesan and rosemary-filled shortbread, like this one from The View From Great Island. It's not the first thing that might come to mind when you think of shortbread, but it is yum as heck anyway. Head over here if you'd like to give a go.
