Ooh, have you ever seen a savoury biscuit look so elegant?
If we could replace one party food, it’d be the plain old water cracker, all dry and tasteless on its lonesome, waiting for a swipe of dip to liven it up. Swap 'em out with a savoury shortbread, we say. More specifically: a crumbly, moreish parmesan and rosemary-filled shortbread, like this one from The View From Great Island.
