While some sugar cravings can easily be addressed with a spoonful of Nutella, there are some days when you want to feel like you actually tried. Without the need to stand at a mixer for 20 minutes, we’d say that these four-ingredient lemon tarts are a happy middle ground between a zero-effort mug cake and well, a properly baked cake. If you have a jar of lemon curd (we recommend this recipe if you don’t), some butter and bikkies lying around, you can make a pretty impressive dessert in a matter of minutes. Decorate it with a couple of petals and it’d even be fit to serve up at a party.
