A graduate of the Glasgow School of Art and a self-taught baker, Sarah aims for her cakes to be “visually exciting”. She’s certainly been successful; results include perfectly piped rosettes, bosom-shaped buns and relatable cake calligraphy (“Another Year, Another Existential Crisis”). Drool over them here.
