If you’re a fan of baked goods that inspire both awe and hunger, you’d be well advised to check out Sarah Hardy’s incredible desserts. A graduate of the Glasgow School of Art and a self-taught baker, Sarah aims for her cakes to be “visually exciting”. She’s certainly been successful; results include perfectly piped rosettes, bosom-shaped buns and relatable cake calligraphy (“Another Year, Another Existential Crisis”). Drool over them here.
