walk through seoul with haam juhae’s watercolours

Haam Juhae makes it easy to forget that Seoul is a city of nearly 10 million people. The Korean artist’s watercolour paintings are mostly sky, clouds and sunsets (understandable, considering how skilled he is at painting the atmosphere). Flipping through Haam’s work feels akin to accompanying him and his dog on a peaceful evening stroll. You pass by all the same mundane scenes – the local park, office buildings, backstreets on the way home – except from Haam’s point of view, everything is drenched in magical orange and purple light. It's all rather therapeutic to look at, really. To continue treating your peepers, scroll through a few of his works above or follow him on Instagram
