teeny-tiny paintings by anna ellen

Gallery walls can look pretty neat in even the smallest abodes if you know how to style them. These miniature masterpieces by American artist Anna Ellen, for instance, are small enough to fill the blank spaces above doorways and between furniture, and are fancy enough to give your home all the swish, arty vibes you desire.

Though Anna has been painting since she was a kid (she learnt from her grandad), she hasn't always created teeny-tiny landscapes. It wasn't until 2018, after years of struggling to paint due to depression and anxiety, that Anna found her style while at home with her first baby. She realised she didn't have the time to paint big artworks, so instead she found satisfaction in painting loads of small artworks (and popping them in adorable vintage-inspired frames).
