Stephen Eichhorn has particular methodology when it comes to making collages: no using old copies of National Geographic, no using artist’s books, and no scanning and printing images. For Stephen, it’s all about using vintage source material and cutting out everything by hand. It’s an homage to making collages entirely from found materials, Stephen says, and his Cats and Plants series is no exception.
