noah verrier paints the everyday foods we love
Is there anything more comforting than a soft, white-bread sandwich that's been slathered with a thick layer of peanut butter and jam, and accompanied by a glass of milk? Or a slice of cheesy pizza, washed down with an icy pint of beer? Or a steaming bowl of mac and cheese? Or… look – we could go on, but you get the picture.
All this to say that we absolutely adore these still-life oil paintings by American artist Noah Verrier. Noah’s foodie subjects may not be the most nutritious, but they sure do make us happy – to eat and to gaze at – and that’s all that matters.
