While plunging a spoon into a big tub of Neapolitan ice-cream will never lose its magic, there are plenty of other ways to enjoy the nostalgic flavour combo these days. You could, for example, chow down on some Neapolitan mochi cakerice bubble bars, or perhaps give I Am a Food Blog's chewy Neapolitan cookies a go. The latter recipe gets fancy with freeze-dried strawberries, and in a move that some might deem blasphemous, swaps chocolate out for matcha. It’s not entirely traditional, but green tea does go swimmingly with sweets in general, and you have to admit, the results looks pretty darn scrummy.
