headgear for dogs who like to nap
Have you got a dog who loves a kip so much, they’ll plop their head down on any footpath, kerb or patch of gravel? New York-based creative Rajeev Basu was inspired by his lethargic pup, a chiweenie named Remy, to create a series of padded helmets for dogs who need warmth and comfort – wherever they choose to crash. Rajeev found most doggie duds to be a bit too twee for Remy’s taste, so Rajeev’s high fashion helmets are handmade in New York out of French and Italian fabrics (and they have the luxe price tags to prove it). All of the helmets in the series – dubbed between two naps – are made in very small batches. To see more, follow Remy and Rajeev's adventures on Instagram.
