fabric cacti by kaktus.craft

Melbourne maker Mimi loves plants. But, like many of us, she struggles to keep some of her green pals alive. Frustrated with the look and feel of artificial plastic plants (and armed with a needle and thread), Mimi decided to get crafty and stitch together her own cacti out of pretty fabric. And so, the ‘kaktus’ was born.

Each colourful kaktus is made from durable upholstery fabric, and is filled with nifty PET fibre derived from discarded plastic water bottles. How rad is that?
