But we do quite fancy the idea of entering a nightlight-that-pretties-things-up-for-no-reason period, and it's mostly due to this happy little DIY from Molly Madfis at Almost Makes Perfect. Using only some coloured card, wire and a bit of gem-tastic imagination, Molly's project is much cheaper than a diamond chandelier, and far easier to install, too. Does it mean we'll be snoozing with dreams of precious gems dancing through our heads like so many pointy, glitter-laden raindrops? Only time can tell.
