You learn something new every day. For example, today we learnt that the UK’s version of Raspberry Shortcake biscuits (a classic) are called Jammie Dodgers. More importantly, we learnt that, no matter where you live, jam-filled bikkies taste bloody delicious with white-chocolate blondies (aka the white-chocolate version of brownies… but we digress!).
