Artist Sonia Alins overlays her illustrations with tracing paper to create an underwater effect. What a cool technique!
Sometimes an artist does something so simple, you want to smack your head for not thinking of it first. This is basically how we feel about Sonia Alins’ use of vellum paper (aka tracing paper). Simply by overlaying her illustrations of swimming ladies with the frosty paper in question, she gives the very real impression that they’re submerged in water. Ain’t that cool?
