This baked strawberry cheesecake recipe is vegan friendly and gluten free, meaning loads of folks can enjoy its creamy, fruity goodness. The clever people at Minimalist Baker made the dessert possible by swapping out the dairy with a yummy cashew-coconut filling. What’s more, the recipe is naturally sweetened and uses just 10 ingredients. Yippee!
