Fade Evare share their hypnotic second single.

Talk about an earworm. Brand-new Melbourne/Naarm outfit Fade Evare (a not-so-subtle play on many Melburnians’ favourite hobby of fare evading) has just dropped a bomb of a sophomore single. “Keep Talking” is the follow-up track to the band’s debut release from November last year – “Yamaha Dreaming” – and if this new song is anything to go by, these music-makers will be swapping out their train tickets for sensational tunes for a long time to come.

"Keep Talking" is the kind of track that is best listened to at the loudest possible volume, while running to the station at twilight in anticipation of a night out on the town. Add it to your nocturnal commute.

“Fade Evare sessions are like feeling your way through a dark, infinite cave with people you love, bouncing ideas and sounds around until you catch a ray of light,” the band say. “That beam, the underlying feeling of a song is what we like to hone in on most – in electronically-driven music, it feels like that is the fabric that can bring people together, pull you out of a dark time, or make a good time euphoric.”

If you’re looking for a little dose of euphoria, pop those earbuds in and listen to “Keep Talking” below.
