Inspiration comes from the most unexpected of places. For Body Type, the Sydney “trash can girl band” (their words, not ours), it was a greenkeeper at the Marrickville Bowling Club that sparked their tune “Dry Grass”. Featuring a driving bass and guitar combo, the “angst thrasher” track explores the darkness lurking beneath an unchanging suburban veneer. As you might have expected, there’s a sinister film clip to match, too. Check it out below:
