The soothing music of indie duo Rhye was first gifted to us on a personalised mixtape, and we're forever in musical debt to our generous pal. The mysterious pair kept their identities under wraps until only recently, and our ears would have missed out on some seriously dreamy warbling and finger clicking if they'd managed to slip under our radar.
Comprised of one part Canadian Mike Milosh and one part Danish Robin Hannibal, Rhye make hazy, gentle, slightly jazzy tunes with lyrics that focus on the elation of being in love. Intimacy isn't an issue for these two lads, that's for sure. Their debut album Woman was released just last month and we thought you might like a gander at the first single, "Open".
