A South Korean design studio has come up with a nifty way to grow plants – in a stack of wet paper. It may not sound like an eye-pleasing proposition, but MUN, the crew behind the creation, have moulded the paper into a simple column, which we must say looks rather sweet.

They reckon recycled paper does the job just as well as any other, so you might like to go hunting around your home or office for scraps to turn into a vase. You’ve got to do something with that junk mail, after all.
