Have you ever seen such an elegant lump of gelatin?
Well, these certainly aren't the sweet, wobbly treats we remember from childhood. Made by British design studio Bompas & Parr for a 2016 event at Harrods department store in London, the rather regal-looking desserts prove just how inventive you can get with a pack of gelatin. While jelly hasn’t always looked this fine (there are plenty of upsetting pictures of aspic out there to remind you), we're starting to think the retro dessert is due for a comeback.
