Well, this is exactly the kind of educational fare you can expect to participate in, should you get your food-loving bottom-cheeks to the Taste of Melbourne Table Talks. Run by local culinary experts and presented by our pals at Smith Journal, Table Talks is a chance to hear rare insights into the food and beverage industry. It’s also a chance to learn tonnes of new skills, from making the ultimate popcorn to growing an edible balcony garden.
