A street artist has painted a bright array of skulls and polka dots on the façade of an abandoned French château.

Spanish street artist Okuda San Miguel is taking the world by a geometrical, rainbow storm, bringing life and colour to cities all over the globe. Having already created indoor skating parks in churches and murals in temples, his latest work, Skull in the Mirror, is painted onto the façade of a French château that had previously been abandoned for 30 years. Featuring a bright array of skulls and polka dots, the work is a sight for sore eyes indeed. It took Okuda and his team four days to complete the mural, using cherry pickers to reach the higher parts of the building. When asked what he would be doing if he wasn’t painting, he simply said, “I can’t image myself not creating art… I need it to be happy.”
