Not all street art involves spray cans and scrawly tags. As part of the Naksan Art Project, established in 2006 by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in Seoul, South Korea, a somewhat downtrodden housing district has been transformed into a colourful, artistic wonderland, complete with pencil fences, bubbly murals and puppy-filled walls. It's a little like an Enid Blyton novel come to life, and not a bad place for an afternoon stroll, we'd imagine.
