Heel your sole with these soft sneaker sculptures.
Well, well. What do we have here? Some fun sculptures by clever Indianapolis-based artist Danielle Graves – that’s what. They’re plush (just like a soft toy, but way cooler than your childhood teddy bear) and do a neat job of making you do a double-take, too. Apparently, the hardest part of creating these soft guys was transforming 2D ideas into 3D sculptures. Drawing a sneaker on a piece of paper is way easier than figuring out what sizes and shapes of fabric to cut out and sew together, as Danielle soon found out. Well, we’re glad she persisted and brought these sculptures (collectively titled Just Do Your Best) into the world. See her latest work over on her Instagram.
