no-bake s’mores tart

You don’t have to go camping to enjoy some ooey-gooey marshmallows.

Toasting marshmallows on an open fire is a classic camping tradition, but you don’t have to be out in nature to get your s’mores fix. If you pop over to Teak & Thyme’s recipe for a no-bake s’mores tart, you can learn how to recreate the ooey-gooey experience at home (albeit a much fancier experience). Made from a dark-chocolate ganache filling, biscuit crust and marshmallow meringue, this is one decadent tart. The nice part is that it involves no cooking at all, though you will need a blowtorch to lightly toast the marshmallows (the hardware store has a number of affordable options). One last thing: the recipe calls for graham crackers, but you can easily substitute them with plain digestive bikkies.
