All you’ve got to do to seriously impress everyone at your next fancy party is fill up your swankiest teacups with fairy floss (the more precarious and Marie-Antoinette-wig style, the better), then carefully pour a tea of your choice over the top. A word to the wise, though: fairy floss is literally sugar, so unless you’ve got an impressively strong sweet tooth, you’ll want to make your brew a tad stronger than usual. This super-easy treat also works best with the freshest floss you can find – that way it’ll be perkier in the cup and stay that way for longer.
