keep your egg cosy
The mercury might be inching up the thermostat, but we vow to dress our boiled eggs in hand-knitted beanies all year round.
The mercury might be inching up the thermostat, but we vow to dress our boiled eggs in hand-knitted beanies all year round. It's just good manners, really – we're usually too busy stuffing their goopy guts into our gobs to find out if their heads are cold, and this way they'll stay cosy and warm beneath their little woven noggin covers. Just don't forget to remove it before the time comes to take spoon to shell, lest you be left with a rather yolky, woolly mess and egg on his little face.
