What’s better than gobbling up a whole packet of Tim Tams? Well, not much, to be frank, though this oversized version of Australia’s favourite bikkie is a pretty close contender. Coated with glossy chocolate ganache, it contains two layers of cocoa-filled sponge, a buttercream filling and an indulgent layer of, you guessed it: Tim Tams. You mightn't be able to slurp up a hot beverage using one of these slices, but that’s a small price to pay for one humongous Tim Tam.
