You may have spotted these heavenly Japanese pancakes floating around the internet by now. Super-tall, impossibly jiggly and amazingly fluffy – you can see why they've been generating lines around the block. Luckily for us, Steph and Mike from i am a food blog have spent hours coming up with various soufflé pancake recipes so you can whip up a batch at home. This particular gravity defying creation is modelled off the famously plump treats from Japanese cafe Gram, and taste best with a classic combo of sugar, butter and maple syrup.
