A large swathe of the world seems to be in a low-level love affair with the humble tassel right now. Relegated for years to curtain tie-backs and graduation mortarboard hats, they're currently just about everywhere: bangles, cushions, frocks and earrings. Oh and walls, too. These ones are of the wall variety (unless you want a bracelet the size of your own head), and they're made from mop heads with a bit of embroidery thread: no fancy materials or techniques needed at all.
