Back when we were little tackers and turned up our noses at anything green on our plates, we blamed it on childish ignorance. When you think about it though, maybe what it really came down to was presentation. Take this asparagus and wild leek soup, for instance: both the main meal and garnish are made up of dreaded green veggies, but pop them in the blender, add some floral trimming and ta-da! Surely even the brattiest of kids would be digging on in.

We're certainly keen on the three-tone colour scheme, and we're prepping the pots as you read in anticipation of a liquid lunch. If you'd like to try a little healthy noshing of your own, you can find the full recipe over here. Your parents will be proud.
