The Easter long weekend is almost upon us, folks. And it makes us wonder: was the modern-day version of the holiday created so that, instead of freaking out over the speed at which the years hurtle by, we can distract ourselves with four days of chocolate-devouring, time with family and all that jazz? We’ll never know.
One thing we do know, though, is that sometimes all that chocolate and family time can get a little… overwhelming. So to distract yourself from those distractions, how about giving this charming carrot cake a crack?
