It teaches you how to build your belongings a new abode of their very own, rather than trying to offload them on to someone else's. Storage saves the day!

All you need is a couple of wooden panels, some paint in a colour of your choice, a roll of tape and a hot glue gun, and you've got yourself this super-cute house-shaped shelf. We reckon it would make a pretty great holder for knickknacks or spices, too.
