Rug up and mosey over to Bendigo for some tasty eats and arty experiences this chilly season.
Turns out there’s heaps of fun stuff going on in Bendigo these days. The Victorian city, along with a few other quaint towns in the region, is hosting dozens of events that promise to “ignite your senses, spirit and imagination” as part of its winter program. (Sounds rather fancy, if you ask us.)
For the foodies among you, there are wine tastings, barbecues, farmers markets, winter feasts and beer festivals. The creative folk, meanwhile, have art installations, exhibitions, paint-and-sip sessions and documentary screenings to choose from – among many other wholesome activities.
