This Stockholm-based artist makes intricate silk mohair installations.
Artist Bella Rune’s work kind of reminds us of drawing parabolic curves in high school, except Bella’s 3D wonders are displayed in art-galleries and our drawings ended up in the scrap heap. Anyhoo, this is all to say that we greatly admire the strangely calming effect of Bella’s delicate installations. Seen from afar, these precise works look almost like digital renderings, but in actual fact, are made from strands of silk mohair.
