beetroot hummus
This naturally pink dip is a total crowdpleaser.
Beetroot hummus. It’s the brighter, sweeter, more rebellious sister of ye olde regular hummus (which will forever hold a special place in our hearts), and it’s not too tricky to whip up, either! According to Adrianna Adarme from A Cozy Kitchen, all you need to do is add some roasted beetroot to your favourite hummus recipe and Bob’s your uncle. Oh – and Adrianna’s top tip: peel the skins off of the chickpeas to get the smoothest, creamiest hummus ever!
Head this way to have a squiz at the recipe, and prepare for your pals to be impressed with your superior dip-making skills. We'll certainly be saving this one for the upcoming party season. To accompany you while you embark on your next culinary quest, we’ve cooked up some lovely kitchen merch, including three colourful tea towels and a flower-power apron. Find the lot over at the frankie shop.
